Arrow Lakes Reservoir Archaeology Program
The Arrow Lakes Reservoir Archaeology Program is a BC Hydro Project in the West Kootenay of British Columbia. Ursus and First Nations partners conduct an annual survey and inventory of Arrow Lakes shorelines when the water levels are low. We have recorded dozens of archaeological sites and contributed to the knowledge of pre-contact use of this area by First Nations communities.
